Once a year, for just a few days: THE ESSENCE is our cloudy olive oil from the very first days of the season's harvest. Unfiltered and bottled immediately after processing, it preserves the raw, green intensity of the early harvest — and reaches our customers within a few days.
Fine bitterness, clear pungency, and intense green freshness characterize this oil. The natural cloudiness contains the finest olive particles and makes THE ESSENCE particularly vibrant, dense, and immediate.
Available only once a year and exclusively by pre-order. A seasonal oil for bread, salads, vegetables, soups, and pasta — as a final touch or where THE ESSENCE itself can take center stage.
Shake before use. Store in a cool, dark place. To preserve freshness, THE ESSENCE can also be frozen in the bottle.
