Our winery in Lacules Bay, near the village of Koroni, is the heart of our estate. Here, we translate what soil, climate and sea have shaped in thegrapes into the language of wine.
Thick stone walls, largely shielded from the outside world, create a stable, controlled environment inside. From the first fermentation tank to the final barrel, we guide every step with intention— calmly, carefully and always with respect for what nature has given us.
Nothing is left to chance: low yields, rigorous hand selection and precision at every step.
