A rosé for red wine lovers: powerful, gastronomic, and characterized by the ripe aromatics of the South. Grenache, Merlot, and Avgoustiatis matured for seven months in used barriques with bâtonnage – a rosé with structure, depth, and fine spice, stylistically closer to a red wine than a classic summer rosé.
