Three small vineyards in distinctly different sites: mountain, sea and gentle hillside. One of them lies just 26 steps from the sea, on stony, poor soils.
Produced in very limited quantities, this is a wine with strong ageing potential — one that will only fully unfold after several years.

Aged in French barriques, 50% new oak.

The 2022 Syrah unwinds with prominent cured meat, wood smoke, subtle cedar, ripe black plum and fleshy tones. Full-bodied, polished and concentrated, the 2022 is an ambitious Greek Syrah with savory finesse on the long aftertaste. (Drinking Window 2027 – 2038)
